from May 12th 1998 – 312 O 85
/ 98 – Responsibility for LINKS – the District Court LG Hamburg ordered,
that
one who is adding a link to his site, the contents of the linked site will come
to his responsibility.
This can be prevented – as per District Court LG – when
one explicitly states,
that one is completely dissociated from all contents of
the linked sites!
